Module 1, November 21
Daily Action
Implementing the Text and Talk strategy seamlessly into my classes, fosters critical thinking, active participation, and deeper understanding among my students.
Daily Reflection
I really enjoyed how the instructor introduced himself; sincere and encouraging...
He used technology well and the tools we learned were important: such as Pollev and Worldcat.
I loved the idea of blogging and sharing what I learned with others.
I was happy that we were encouraged to ask questions during class.
I was relieved that the expectations for the course were clear because I am very busy and I had an insight into my workload.
I liked the text-for-talk strategy. Writing and speaking improve me cognitively.

Learning
Group Definition: Learning is when we can come to a new solution based on the day's lesson. Each lesson should include an activity where students are able to use and show their knowledge of new materials and information. This grasp of new knowledge will lead to a permanent change within each student.
My Definition: Gaining knowledge or skills isn't the only thing that learning is about; it's also about how those things shape our thinking and affect how we act. Not only do we learn new things, but we also let those new things change and improve our views, thoughts, and actions, which in turn changes how we interact with the world.
